You Are:
As an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM), you are a natural with developing relationships and using these partnerships to deliver strategic (Service) Supply Chain Solutions and close deals. You are a Subject Matter Expert in (Service) Supply Chain and a trusted advisor for our organization and end customer. You are adept at recognizing new opportunities and immediately capitalizing on them, delivering strategic business solutions that improve top and bottom-line performance.
The Work:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining constructive relationships with internal leadership and target accounts. You will focus on multiple sectors, creating and following up on opportunities in Technology, Life Science & Healthcare, Auto-Mobility, Engineering & Manufacturing and more. You will establish the right contacts and build your network, ensuring that you engage with key decision-makers.
Your primary focus will be on securing new, unique engagements in the EMEA region. You will develop relationships with key leaders in our company and with client accounts in order to create growth opportunities. Additionally, you will create an open atmosphere where you can advise your contacts on how Accenture’s solutions can help them achieve their goals. To convince potential clients, you will develop, present, and arrange the right (Service) Supply Chain solutions. You will also participate in negotiations and ensure that deals are successfully closed.
* Responsible for developing new business within the EMEA markets.
* Responsible for providing strategic (Service) Supply Chain solutions to internal stakeholders and end customers.
* Develops a thorough understanding of prospect short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management.
* Maintains and updates CRM database with sales pursuit information.
* Recommends strategic and tactical plans to support assigned accounts, champions the effort to grow and maintain the corporation's primary and long-term revenue base.
* Establishes effective communications with senior management regarding sales force results and
* Monitors economic and legal trends that could affect sales, communicates progress of major sales initiatives and creates solutions to address client needs.
* Offers input to Sales Leadership on optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client
* Extensive experience in building and managing long-term relationships with business partners and clients.
* Demonstrate ability to negotiate win-win agreements. Ability to analyze data and translate into professional sales presentations
Here’s What You Need:
* Strong industry experience in Supply Chain
* Experience working in multiple functional areas of Service Supply Chain and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), preferably customer support, order management, warehouse, and/or logistics processes

* Proven track record in consultative sales experience within the (Service) Supply Chain Industry
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Proven experience
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
