About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and vibrant Social Work qualified Team Manager to join our established Disability Transitions Team. We work in partnership and collaboration with our colleagues in Children's Social Care, Health and Education to ensure our service meets the requirements for Transition under the Children and Families Act, the SEND Code of Practice and the Care Act to ensure that our disabled young people are supported to raise their aspirations and achieve their full potential.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with young people with disabilities to meet their desired outcomes and a commitment to promoting strength-based practice and the preparing for adulthood outcomes.
Whilst management experience is desired, if you are an experienced qualified social worker with a desire to progress your career and can demonstrate how your skills and experience are transferable and would meet the requirements of the Team Manager role, we would love to hear from you.
