About you You have a Level 2 qualification in Food & Hygiene with previous experience in a similar role and a passion for preparing nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals. What you'll be doing Providing balanced and nutritional meals for all children attending the nursery and catering for children with specific dietary needs Instilling Storal Values to Food and Hygiene and complying with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health-Food Safety, Health ad Safety and within the guidelines of Ofsted Taking responsibility for the safe and hygienic management of the nursery kitchen. Ensuring all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences Maintaining stock levels and ensuring stock rotation Being aware of COSHH and following relevant guidelines Deputising for the Cook in all absences with the expectation of deputising full time when this is required What you'll need Level 2 qualification in Food and Hygiene Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH We love people who align with our values around Standards, Togetherness, Openness, Responsibility, Authenticity and Learning.
