With our recent £300 million investment we are looking to grow and expand our very successful Sales Team across our expanding network. The Role: Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Sales Performance Coach. You will be pivotal in the growth and success of our Sales and Retentions Teams. You will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional inductions, training programmes, and ongoing development opportunities for both new and existing team members. In collaboration with TSAR Managers, you will identify training needs through talent gap analysis and other insights, ensuring you provide targeted coaching and support to upskill our telesales and retentions teams. By developing the team's capabilities, you will ensure they align with toob's customer-centric values and are equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative broadband provider environment. Your expertise in learning and development will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling the Sales Team to meet and exceed their goals while contributing to the company’s ambitious growth. This role follows a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the potential to work weekends. However, weekends will be required at most 1 in 4. As our Sales Performance Coach, your key responsibilities will be: Deliver comprehensive inductions for new Sales Team members. Support ongoing training and development of Telesales & Retentions Agents. Identify and address skills gaps within the team, using targeted training to support growth. Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to help meet short-term and mid-term targets. Supporting the team with understanding the customer needs and bringing toob products to life. Creating and completing Coaching sessions on an individual and group basis What you’ll bring to toob: A highly motivated individual who has experience and gets enjoyment from training and supporting sales teams Demonstrable experience creating and developing highly effective induction programmes that help new starters hit the ground running Proven ability to identify talent gaps and use relevant training tools and methods to close those gaps; being driven by seeing people succeed with their support Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style where needed Track record of writing and delivering a wide range of sales training materials; working well with the Sales Team Leaders and Managers to develop specialised training to support their teams Telecommunications would be advantageous when applying for this role.
