Job Title: Tenancy Management Co-ordinator (Permanent)
Hours: 37 hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)
Salary: £26,250 per annum
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.
Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)

The Opportunity
Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great company. We are seeking a motivated, reliable conscientious Tenancy Management Co-ordinator, with great organisational skills to support the work we do in relation to addressing Anti-Social Behaviour and other tenancy breaches within our organisation. The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in an administrative sup-port environment and in handling confidential information.
What Will You Do?
Provide an effective and efficient administrative support in relation to the smooth running of the Tenancy Enforcement Team.
Act as a 1st point of contact for customers, colleagues and partner agencies who make enquiries related to Tenancy Enforcement.
Triage and allocate reports of tenancy breaches and Anti-Social Behaviour to the relevant officer.
Assisting with the management of Tenancy Enforcement Cases through administrative actions.
Helping the Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader develop policies and procedures for the management of Tenancy Enforcement Cases.
To follow the Trust’s Equality & Diversity, Health and Safety, Data Protection, Safeguarding and Customer Services policies.
Minimum Requirements For This Role*
• Five Grade GCSE 4-9 / A* - C (including Math’s and English) or equivalent level of qualification
• Self-motivated with an ability to organise and adapt to varying workloads and balance competing priorities
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• Ability to manage confidential material and issues
• Ability to show empathy and understanding to customer’s needs.
• Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and Teams).
This role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
