About the role: Design and manageourglobal business teamcompensationprograms(annual bonus plan, short-termincentives, spot bonusetc.),ensuring alignment withourbusiness strategies and goals. Establish andmaintainsalary bands acrossmultiplegeographies, aligning them with companyobjectives. Conduct comprehensiveand ongoinganalyses of both internal and external pay data,analyzing market trends and workforce needs, andcreatingcompetitive andequitablecompensation structures. Workclosely with ourTalentPartners(HRBPs)to supportannual performance and pay review processes, as well asassistingthe teamwithongoing decisionsthat concernCompensation (business changes, peer parity reviewsetc.). Take market insights fromthe Recruitmentteam to ensure weproactively address market trends andremaincompetitive in attractingtop talent. Work with the widerPeopleand Finance teamto model and budget for compensation reviews for salaries and bonus Deliver compensation reportsandmaintainessential documentation to ensure compliance with diverse regulatory requirements. Support the continuous process of data collection, validation, and preparation for global payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in payroll operations worldwide. Support Chief People Officer directly in administering the Axiom equity compensation program, including running analyses to support decision-making and presentation development for the Board of Directors Compensation Committee, as needed About you: Minimumof5years of experienceinCompensationmanagement,demonstratingexpertisein analyzing and administering global compensation programs. Experience supporting pay programs in the United Statesrequired;experience supporting pay programsin the UK/Europe, Asia preferred Strongproficiencyin Excel with the ability to build models and interpret large datasets effectively. Extremely detail oriented; obsessed with accuracy and consistent, on time delivery Strongcommunicationskills, capable of translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendationspeerHR team members, cross-functionalpartnersandsenior stakeholders. Enjoys a fast-paced environment which requires managing multiplestake-holderssimultaneously and ongoing Strong written presentation skills (Powerpoint,etc) Experience with WorkdayHRISor similar.
