Salary: £23,619.53 per annum (Full time), Pro-rata for Part Time

As a Support Worker, you will help to promote the health and wellbeing of those you support. This includes ensuring women access the health services they need, maintain a healthy diet, and live in a home environment that supports their wellbeing. This is a rewarding role, where no two days are ever the same. We need individuals committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
We are looking for women who are passionate about empowering others. A good communicator who can build valued relationships, you will use your judgment and common sense to achieve the best possible results for each person you support. Your focus will always be on the person you are supporting, promoting their dignity, and ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Job Description:
The role includes support with budgeting, managing mental health, developing life skills, and assisting service users into community opportunities to achieve their goals.
You will work as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services and have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The service delivered is a person-centred approach in a therapeutically driven environment that puts women at the heart of their recovery.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as the successful candidate will receive a standard induction course along with a comprehensive package of specialist training.
