Essential Criteria
If you have 2+ years working in a Finance or Payroll environment:
* Experience in administration, finance or Payroll
* Skills in Microsoft Office packages
* Understanding of Payroll legislation and procedures
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Manage the finance emails including purchase orders
* Preparing Quarterly Management Accounts
* Funding/Grant Claims - provide evidence & financial verification
* Processing Monthly Salaries/Pensions with Sage Payroll
* Processing Weekly Staff Timesheets
* Paying HMRC Contributions Monthly & check tax codes
* Bank lodgements
