JOB TITLE: Customer Operations Administrator (UK/US) REPORTS TO TITLE: Senior Customer Operations Coordinator (UK/US) BUSINESS FUNCTION/ SUB-FUNCTION: Endpoint Solutions / Supply Chain LOCATION: UK or US Configuration Centre FLSA STATUS (exempt or non-exempt): Exempt ROLE PURPOSE Support internal and external customers to ensure that shipments and returns are processed accurately and on-time. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (maximum 10) Manage RAWB requests in Netsuite on behalf of the US & UK Team Resolve Fulfilment Team queries and problem tickets for UK and EU warehouse Support Customer Operations Coordinators with day to day functions Support with ordering printed materials on behalf of clients, as directed by Client Services and Customer Operations Coordinator Support continual improvement within the Customer Operations area Other responsibilities as required DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE They will be able to influence good practice and ensure customer expectations are met, if not exceeded. The individual will be able to influence the management of client expectations on device shipments and returns.
