Protocol Education are seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to start ASAP!
A thriving provision in Harlow is looking for a confident, caring Outreach Learning Mentor to work with young adults with complex needs to access Specialist Further Education by delivering targeted interventions and assisting the team of colleagues in creating positive opportunities for young people.
Programs are delivered within a wide range of settings, including students’ homes, school settings, social activities, and leisure-based settings.
You will work closely with students to improve and manage their behaviour, mental health, and social emotional development.
As this is an outreach role, a driving licence and car will be required.
This is a Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, term-time only role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
