Our client has an admirable staff retention rate, is now at an exciting point of significant expansion They are looking for loyal, reliable manufacturing operatives who share their values to join them on a full time, permanent basis As a Production Operative you will: Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth production processes. Work at height, in confined spaces and in an industrial manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary Need to carry materials and products up to 20kg independently Monitor and maintain product quality standards. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
