Mission: As a Delegated Claims Manager, your missionis to contribute to the considerable growth of our UK operations byharmonizing claims processes at the group level. This role isdedicated to the UK market, and you'll play a pivotal part inensuring the future success of our business. Your recruitment willdirectly impact our business strategy by aligning withtransformation goals, particularly in reducing claims leakage. Youwill report to the Chief Delegated Authority and collaborate withthe external Operations and Audit team based in Paris. KeyResponsibilities: Your key responsibilities in this role include:Claims Oversight: Oversee claims processes, especially those withindelegated authority that exceed referral thresholds, as per ourClaims Policy and Procedures. Manage relationships with TPAs,including selection and agreement drafting in collaboration withthe Legal department. Serve as a key consultant for claims-relatedsections in Partnership Agreements and address findings from TPAs'audits, reporting them to the wider organisation. OperationalAnalysis: Undertake operational performance analysis for partnersand TPAs once initial TPA analyses are completed. Participate inclaims leakage initiatives such as Credit Hire and Repair Network.Supervise large loss claims and validate reserves for claimsoutside Delegated Authority limits. Profile required: Universityeducation. Significant UK claims experience. Background ininsurance, within an insurance company or a large TPA. Familiaritywith large loss claims handling (motor or third-party background).Negotiation skills with suppliers and external parties. Proficiencyin using data and reports to analyze business outcomes. Clearcommunication skills. Ability to work both independently and as ateam player. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Innovativethinking and solutions. Rapidly build relationships withstakeholders.
