What Will You Be Doing as a Scheduling Delivery Manager? This key role within the IMA OMC management team will be responsible for delivering scheduling activities for Metering functions within the IMA Operational Management Centre. You will line manage scheduling activities and capacity planning for both planned and unplanned operational roles. Additionally, this role involves customer interface management for appointment booking and ensuring the scheduling of Metering operational activities are carried out efficiently, maximising operational productivity. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring IMA meets its ODI obligations, focusing on CMEX and RMEX, while managing scheduling tasks across multiple teams. You will drive performance improvement initiatives, ensuring work is scheduled in line with customer expectations, and ensure the most effective use of resources to meet delivery targets. Expertise in using systems like SAP, Oracle, and Puzzel is essential for optimising processes and procedures to deliver excellent service. What Attributes Are Required? Strong coaching and leadership skills Ability to manage scheduling activities and resources effectively Experience in capacity planning and operational scheduling Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Expertise in using scheduling systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Puzzel) Proactive problem-solving approach and continuous improvement mindset Ability to manage a dynamic team and ensure optimal performance A Little Bit About Your Skills, Experience, and Behaviours… Proven experience in scheduling and planning within operational environments Strong performance management skills, including staff development and appraisal Ability to analyse data and provide feedback for continuous performance improvement Experience managing stakeholder expectations and building cross-team relationships Knowledge of the IMA and Metering operations, including the impact of scheduling on KPIs and ODIs Ability to drive change initiatives and implement improvements to processes and procedures Experience with resource management, ensuring schedules meet agreed targets Why Anglian Water?
