The Account Executive will support the Account Manager and Account Director in the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of client accounts. They will be responsible for the day-to-day running and project management of client campaigns, from project initiation through to closure. Understand the requirements of the brief and deliver innovative solutions to drive the business forward and contribute towards the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities
1. Day to day client account support and project management.
2. Hands on assistance in the implementation of client campaigns, liaising regularly with clients, both in person and virtually, to ensure that communication flows effectively.
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all internal departments to enable excellence in client delivery.
4. Understand the challenges faced by our clients and their markets.
5. Work to ensure that the client has confidence that the project will meet or exceed their expectations.
6. Confidently suggest ways to add value and new solutions.
7. Have a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.
8. Solve problems and offer alternative solutions.
9. Allow the client to be the hero.
10. Meeting preparation and contact reports.
11. Ensure internal processes are followed.
12. Administration support to the account team.
13. To be an ambassador for HH Global.
14. Hands on support to implement client campaigns.
15. Deliver key milestones related to project delivery and control.
16. Proactively following up on all quotations sent to the client.
17. Liaise with the in-house team and external vendors to build the project schedule.
18. Communicate the schedule to all parties and making them aware of their actions.
19. Support any scope of work changes and inform the account team of any cost implications before proceeding.
20. Administering the project schedule, immediately communicating to the account team any changes or delays.
21. Review and reconcile projects after completion with the in-house team to see what lessons can be learnt.
22. Attending briefing and check-point calls to keep up to date of client requirements.
23. Maintaining regular and effective communication with account team.
24. Proactively sharing knowledge with other team members.
25. Always project HH Global positively within the organisation and ensure team members do the same.
26. Support pitch proposals and delivery and participate in client workshops.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Candidate is expected to work from the Basingstoke office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Infrequent travel to client offices will be required to fulfil the needs of the business.
