Job Description
A highly regarded mental health care provider is looking for an Area & Quality Assurance Manager (AQAM) to oversee and drive excellence across multiple residential and supported living services in Kent, Medway, East Sussex, and West Sussex.
Salary: Circa £60,000 + up to £7,400 in bonuses
Location: Multi-site role (Kent, Medway, East Sussex, West Sussex)

The Role
As AQAM, you will:
* Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all services
* Conduct detailed service-wide audits every six months
* Lead and manage six Service Managers, ensuring high standards
* Drive occupancy growth and business development
What Were Looking For
* Level 5 QCF (or equivalent) and 3+ years managing CQC-registered services
* Experience overseeing multiple CQC services and delivering Good+ ratings
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing Registered Managers
* Knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, Adult Protection, and SOVA
* Experience in residential care, ideally within mental health services
* Full UK Driving License and strong business development skills
