Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen at East Cheshire NHS Trust for a Senior Midwife to apply for the Outpatient Maternity Manager. We are looking to recruit an experienced Midwife to provide a high level of visible leadership, management and clinical expertise in the community setting and maternity unit. This role will include split clinical and management time. Hours per week: 22.5 hours Fixed Term 12 months Main duties of the job To provide a high level of clinical expertise, leadership and management in the maternity department, and community as required. To work within the Clinical Governance framework to ensure higher standards of care are provided. To participate in the on-call rota as required in the provision of the 24 hour service.
