Chef de Partie - New Milton - Up to £27,000 - Live in
An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a leisure park in the heart of the New Forest with easy access to the seafront, providing a stunning location to live and work. Live-in accommodation in a holiday home can be provided if you don't live close by. The chefs here work just 40 hours, usually 12-9 shifts, but if you work over 40, you get paid overtime, which is very refreshing!
Key Information:
* Salary: £27,000
* Hours: 5/7 days on straight shifts, usually 12pm-9pm
* Location: Near Christchurch, with easy access to the vibrant seaside town of Bournemouth!

Duties include:
* To support the Head Chef
* To set and maintain standards
* To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean, tidy, and hygienic state
* To liaise with customers to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for
* To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate
* To create a range of interesting menus for both adults and children
* Anything else reasonably requested by the management of the organisation
What you need to get the job as a Chef de Partie:
* Experience at Chef de Partie level in a similar establishment
* Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
* Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
