About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Executive (fixed term contract) for 6 months. You will be part of our International Customer Support team and ensure our International clients experience seamless, efficient payroll services across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert international customer support, managing cases in accordance with global SLAs/KPIs.
* Oversee adherence to payroll calendars and train customers on effective use of our tools.
* Respond to and triage customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions and escalation management.
* Coordinate non-recurring payroll services and tax year-end offerings for international clients.
* Share legislative updates with clients and maintain accurate operational procedures.
* Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with data protection standards, and participate in client calls for smooth payroll delivery.
* Support transitions for new clients and manage legacy systems with high complexity.
Requirements:
* You have built a first experience in customer support, payroll or international business operations.
* You are fluent in English. Any additional language is welcome.
* You are detail-oriented.
* You have a proactive approach.
* You are skilled in managing customer relationships across diverse teams and passionate to build long lasting relationships with international customers.
* You have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
* You have basic numerical skills.
