Seeking enthusiastic candidates to join the team in one of their children's residential homes. They specialise in providing support to Children and Young People who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse, and may exhibit challenging behaviours.

Main Duties:
* Work collaboratively as a team member to provide young people with various activities, support, care, and guidance using a positive parenting model.
* Follow guidance from the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing structure and appropriate boundaries for the young people in their care.
* Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, accommodating changes to the rota at short notice.
* Ensure that all risks are safely managed following company policies and procedures.
* Undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package.
* Act as an advocate for the young person using a positive parenting model.
* Attend staff meetings and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the service model.
