Project Assistant

Your New Role
To support the Project Managers with all administrative duties and to ensure all works are compliant with respect to Project Delivery.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Accurately process information
* Ensure deadlines are met
* Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
* Suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
* Client interfaces - receive projects via Alfresco and raise Ipsum job on database
* Liaise with Project Manager(s) to issue for quoting and oversee the PO process
* Assist the Project Managers in preparing quotations
* Sub contact liaison and potential raising of purchase orders
* Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
* Commercial support to the Project Managers and the Commercial department
* Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plans.
* Reporting of process management data
* Supporting with customer interactions – Carding preparations and submitting letters
* Ensure deadlines are met
