Are you an experienced air import clerk with at least 2 years of experience? Are you familiar with CDS customs procedures? My client is seeking an experienced Air Import Clerk for their Feltham-based company. The successful candidate will coordinate multi-air import shipments, ensuring customs compliance whilst providing first-class customer service at all times. This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, as well as a half day to be worked every 1 in 5 Sundays on a rota, with paid overtime Key Responsibilities: Coordinate air import shipments from start to finish Ensure customs compliance Provide exceptional customer service Submit entries for Imports in HMRC Customs Procedures using CDS Use of BoxTop and ASM Sequoia Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of air import experience Proficient in HMRC Customs Procedures, including CDS Experience using ASM Sequoia or BoxTop would be ideal but is not essential Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships Package & Salary: Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience Company bonus scheme paid out twice per year (summer & Christmas time) 25 days holiday bank holidays Healthcare plan with access to consultations with doctors, dentists & other healthcare professionals Staff parking Paid overtime Please note, the successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory reference checks as well as a 5 year UK work history and DBS check prior to starting this position
