Main duties of the job
About the Role
As a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, you will:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people across a range of conditions.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
* Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.

Education and Qualification
* RSCN or RN Child Branch Registration.
* Experience within speciality/acute care area.
Experience
* Uses evidence-based practice to support patient care delivery.
* Evidence of being a Reflective Practitioner.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
