Sales Support Executive - Required for this luxury travel company based in Cheltenham. Office-based for the first 6 months and then hybrid 4:1, salary between 27k plus bonus, Monday to Friday only
Sales Support Executive duties:
Confirm bookings and services for the Travel Consultants within their Luxury Villas team.
Send all confirmation documentation and ensure booking details are correct before operations department commence on final documentation
Send all relevant information (such as passport details, dietary requirements, birthdays, celebrations) to suppliers at the destination
Save all the confirmation details from suppliers in the system as well as any additional important information from the client
Manage communications with client regarding any changes to trip
Book additional services on to trips
Ensure guides and drivers have all the information required for each respective client itinerary
Check Travel Consultant e-mails when they are off work or away on annual leave
Being exceptionally thorough and accurate in checking all client documentation
Assisting in the creation of client proposals, liaising with the client on any immediate questions top itineraries and liaising with Travel Consultants to ensure speed of deliver on quote turn around
Sales Support Executive skills required
Ideally the candidate will come from a Sales Support/Operations/Admin role in the travel industry.
They will consider well-travelled graduates with some relevant working experience, looking to break into travel who have a strong desire to break into travel

The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
The first 6 months is office based until you have passed your probation and then its hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
