Account Manager Sales Role Overview: As an Account Engagement Manager, you will: Engage with Clients: Reach out to existing (70%) and new (30%) customers, arranging meetings for BDMs and account managers. Coordinate Meetings: Qualify and book meetings, ensuring the field sales team is fully equipped. Lead Campaigns: Manage targeted campaigns, with a focus on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning. Expand Opportunities: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Educate Clients: Provide customers with information on the full range of services post-acquisition. Support Administration: Assist with meeting setup, daily tasks, and administrative support for the field sales team.
