Job summary The role of Operations Lead is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team and help ensure that SARC patients receive the comprehensive assistance needed, as well as promoting and delivering an outstanding service. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities will include: Provide effective leadership to all staff in SARC contracts in the South. To manage the client relationship with senior client stakeholders - ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the service we provide and identifying opportunities to grow our service offerings through improving services. To maintain a highly visible presence to staff, NHSE & Police, and patients. To act as a role model - leading on developing and embedding quality standards - in line with MHL policy and our regulators. To ensure that high quality, evidence based, patient focused care is provided to all patients. To ensure all client and company KPIs are met and reported on as required.
