What You’ll Do:
The Music Central team are the administrative foundation of the Music Department and are integral to providing support to Music assistants in both the UK and the US. The role is fast paced with extensive training provided. Progression is most commonly into a role as a Music Agent’s Assistant.
This is a permanent role and will be based at our New Oxford Street office.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
1. Compiling ticket counts for upcoming shows
2. Helping agent assistants with their administration & overflow of tasks
3. Providing support to agents in their assistant’s absence
4. In-depth research tasks or projects for agents or assistants
5. Entering show deals & offers using in-house software & reviewing legal contracts
6. Participating in department meetings including presentations
7. Ensuring clients traveling to UK follow correct immigration processes
8. Other ad hoc duties as they arise
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
9. A long-term interest in a career in the music industry particularly in becoming an agent
10. Passionate about music and entertainment
11. Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
12. Ability to provide exceptional service to both external contacts & internal colleagues
13. A hard-working, extra-mile attitude compatible with this fast-paced, high-energy business
14. A willingness to learn quickly and assist wherever required with a positive attitude at all times
15. Exceptional time management, quick prioritisation and an initiative-taking, problem-solving attitude
16. Sensitivity to the needs of creative clients – previous music industry experience is desirable
17. Confidence working with MS Office on a daily basis, with a strong grasp of numbers
18. Absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times
