Job Description
1. Oversee all financial operations within the company
2. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies
3. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors
4. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
7. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
8. Provide leadership and development to the finance team
The Successful Applicant
1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA
3. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
