As a Finance Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the finance function, working in a collaborative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support with various financial tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Processing Purchase Invoices
2. Receipting Purchase Orders
3. Supplier Statement Reconciliations
4. Setting up new Supplier Accounts
5. General finance administrative duties
6. Credit control
7. Must have experience with C.I.S (Construction Industry Scheme)
What You Will Need:
1. Previous experience in a similar finance role
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. C.I.S experience is essential
