We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our manufacturing team as a Specialist!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
To assist the Shift Leader in all process topics within Manufacturing. Ensuring operators are trained to the correct standard and delivering the correct quality to the customer.
Key Deliverables:
* Establish, maintain, with a quality mindset to process
* Ensure team members are trained and developed to their full potential, coaching them appropriately
* Issue within the process to be root caused and improvements implemented
* Drive internal costs down (process driven)
Additional responsibilities:
* Ensuring correct Quality Standards are applied
* First Response to issues
* Actively monitor and review associate training in line with training department
* Utilisation of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles, ensuring we deliver competitive products from an agile and sustainably waste-free value stream
* Communicate issues with Shift Leader

Expected Start Date: May 2025
Working Hours: Annualised hours averaging 39 hours per week over the year. The working week length will be based over a range from 30 hours to 48 hours. Shifts will vary from 1st shift Mornings, 2nd shift Afternoons to 3rd shift Nights.
