The Role
As Sales Negotiator / Receptionist you will work within a small but busy team, providing customer focused support for the branch and assisting with progressing all sales.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customers are greeting in a professional and friendly manner.
* Assess needs and wants of potential vendors / buyers.
* Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers.
* Re-negotiating post sales, as and when required.
* Liaising with Financial Advisors / Mortgage lenders.
* Sales administration, typing letters, emails and updating records.
* Be hands on throughout the sales process.
* Booking viewings and confirming offers to assist the team.
Requirements
* Previous Estate Agency experience highly desirable.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Good all round IT skills.
* Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
* Enthusiastic, fully committed & flexible attitude.
Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
Salary dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, every other Saturday 9am to 12pm.
