The Company An established and respected local Estate Agency, providing professional services and advice to customers throughout Worcestershire The Role As Sales Negotiator / Receptionist you will work within a small but busy team, providing customer focused support for the branch and assisting with progressing all sales. Responsibilities Ensure customers are greeting in a professional and friendly manner. Assess needs and wants of potential vendors / buyers. Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers. Re-negotiating post sales, as and when required. Liaising with Financial Advisors / Mortgage lenders. Sales administration, typing letters, emails and updating records. Be hands on throughout the sales process. Booking viewings and confirming offers to assist the team. Requirements Previous Estate Agency experience highly desirable. Excellent administration skills. Good all round IT skills. Excellent telephone manner & communication skills. Enthusiastic, fully committed & flexible attitude. Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Salary dependant on experience. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, every other Saturday 9am to 12pm.
