Antipodes is a globally recognised natural skincare brand, known for its premium, sustainable skincare products featuring premium New Zealand botanicals. Our high-performance brand is regularly featured in top publications like Vogue, Elle, GQ, and Marie Claire.
We are expanding our European presence and are looking for a National Account Executive to help us build on our success and drive growth in the UK and European markets.
This role is based in London to ensure in-person collaboration with Antipodes’ International Sales Lead and our retailers. Travel is required.
About the role
As a National Account Executive, you will manage key accounts and build relationships with retailers and distributors across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with our International Sales Leads to implement strategies that drive growth and expand our market footprint. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the beauty market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key responsibilities
Account management (40%)
* Lead the management of key accounts, including Naturisimo, Skindays, Ocado, Escentual, Wild Beauty, and Sephora.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and distributors, driving sales and performance.
* Conduct store visits and identify new business opportunities while assessing brand presence.
* Support marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
* Regularly monitor account performance, set targets, and implement plans to achieve them.
Marketing and promotional activities (25%)
* Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns for key retailers and distributors
* Monitor and maintain records of all promotional activities, ensuring proper execution and ROI analysis.
* Oversee marketing spend and manage key promotional assets, including online and offline campaigns.
Data management and reporting (20%)
* Complete NLF/submission forms and manage promotional activities and range reviews.
* Track sales data, manage stock levels, and prepare insightful reports with a focus on market trends and competitor analysis.
Market expansion and support (15%)
* Support new market launches and help onboard new retailers or distributors.
* Track competitor activities and pricing in key channels and contribute to market strategy.
Who we’re looking for
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
* Strong Excel, analytical, and commercial skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong presentation skills and experience managing relationships at all levels.
* Passion for skincare, beauty products, and the UK/European market.
* Flexibility to work across time zones and participate in 2-3 video conferences per week, outside of regular hours.
