Maptalent are urgently seeking an experienced CSCS Plumber for a minimum of 3 months work on a decent homes bathroom replacement scheme based throughout the East Midlands.
Scope of works
. The first job will be in the Leicester area, works will then continue long term in Northamptonshire.
. Remove old bathroom
. Install new bathrooms on a like for like basis, to include any pipework replacement/repairs as necessary.
. Renew splash back wall tiling and in some cases a full wall surrounding the bath/shower area.
You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, including Site Supervisors, Electricians, Plasterers, Painters etc.
All works are pre-planned and all materials will be available on site.
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid CSCS card, Tools, Transport, PPE, previous site experience and checkable references. Ideally you will also have a valid asbestos awareness certificate
