Salary: Up to £30,500 Depending on Experience (Sheffield)

The Role
The Business Relationship Management Coordinator supports the Relationship Management team (Start Up Loans) to ensure a high quality and consistent service is provided to our Partners, potential Partners and customers.
The Business Relationship Management Coordinator will take primary responsibility of the team’s administrative tasks to help support the continued delivery of the SUL scheme. The role will typically involve organising calls and meetings with Partners, owning the agendas and documenting and issuing the minutes. Some of these meetings may require the candidate to travel to Partner offices across the UK. The role will also involve producing reports and analysing data.
Additional requirements include ownership of Partner communications, assisting in maintaining SUL Commercial documentation and general triage of Partner queries, identifying themes in order to improve future delivery. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to support the wider Banking Relationship Management team on an ad hoc basis.
The Business Relationship Management Coordinator will coordinate events, including regular Partner forums, workshops and external events where SUL is represented.
The Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and preparing reports in Salesforce and Excel, supporting with reporting requests from the RM team to ensure that data is accurate and usable when managing Partners.
To be considered for this role you must possess a high attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will be highly organised, disciplined in approach and be able to demonstrate following through meticulously. You will also be able to demonstrate that you have previously built effective and productive working relationships with both colleagues and third parties and have a track record of supporting continuous improvement and change.
You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and remain calm under pressure. You will be resilient and diplomatic with a sense of urgency but also empathetic. You will be required to produce and analyse accurate data.
