NPP are recruiting for a project service engineer installing integrated electronic systems to the commercal market.
The client specialises in electronic system design and innovation to the security market
Location will be the London area but will at times have to report back to the HO in Cheshire.
The role is to work under the operations manager installing and commissioning large integrated CCTV, Access control and alarm systems.
Job Description
* Complex technical support of client installation and repair of CCTV, DVR's, Access Control units, AV, routers, switches and servers
* Installation support, commissioning and maintenance of TCP/IP and networks
* Maintaining service schedule liaising with support desk
* Complete small works, service and maintenance calls
* Liase with clients and contractors
* Technical support
* Quality control
Required
* Understanding of CCTV, Access control (biometrics & turnstiles) AV, intruder alarms, networked IT systems, routers and servers
* An understanding of the requirements of NSI accreditation
* Problem solving
