Job Description:
* Responsible for the overall sales execution, plan, forecasting and growth.
* Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
* Achieve and exceed Budget Sales and Gross Margin targets with customers.
* Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner meeting all reporting deadlines as set by senior management.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing, product management, etc.
* Manage, mentor, develop, and coach sales team members.
* Assist and provide direction with sales team members on key decision-makers at customers, helping guide them through the sales, account management, and business development process, removing roadblocks.
* Responsible for timely and efficient communication of the strategic plan with all key stakeholders.
* Efficiently plan customer-facing time and call cycles to maximize time management and diligently complete call reports on CRM.
* Provide regular and relevant feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and progress towards business objectives.
* Attend industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and related events.
* Analyze the current market position, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
