Credit Controller – Part Time (25hrs a week)

CV Screen is recruiting for a part time Credit Controller for a minimum of 25hrs a week. You will work for a fantastic logistics company who operate globally and currently employ around 50 members of staff. The role is Rickmansworth based and a salary of up to £37,000 (FTE) is available.
ROLE DETAILS
Reporting into the Finance Director, your role as an international Credit Controller will facilitate the credit control process.
The company already has one part-time credit controller, and this position will work in tandem with the current employee.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Chasing overdue invoices across multiple different currencies and locations
2. Coordinating goods receipt
3. Posting and allocating customer receipts to Sage Intacct in multiple currencies
4. Managing receipts, invoices, and credit notes
5. Handling credit applications and queries
6. Dealing with customer queries, requests for statements, reconciliations
7. Raising and allocating customer credit notes
8. Managing daily funds and exchange rates
9. Assisting purchase ledger and invoice discounting
10. General admin tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Credit Controller will have the majority of the following experience:
1. Previous experience in a Credit Controller role ideally working with multiple currencies
2. Knowledge of Sage is highly desirable
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £37,000 (FTE)
