You need to enjoy analytical work including cash flow modelling. They will send you on an Excel modelling training course if required. A more detailed job specification: Assist in the creation of business plan models (full tenancy schedule) and then regularly updating models to accurately reflect ongoing deal pipeline; comparing results to budgets and targets set by clients and board. Creation of financial models to perform feasibility of tenancy options for units; cost vs benefit analysis. Analyse potential proactive asset management opportunities within the existing assets/built environment by reviewing the financial / investment / valuation impact of these initiatives, through the financial modelling of such initiatives. Modelling any tenant arrears that need to be considered considering strategy for a wider deal. Preparation of deal packs to be presented to the board/owners outlining the details of a recommendation from the asset manager To assist in the preparation of property business plans, summary reports, board papers and budgets. Presenting plans and updates to senior management as required for final approvals. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports (both written and financial), annual business plans, and financial budgets. The coordination of financial budgets will be done in tandem with the finance and accounting team. Supporting internally and externally-prepared asset valuations. Preparing documents for internal and external purposes, including writing approval memos and presentations to corporate boards of directors, partners and lenders. Prepare and deliver development feasibility studies and presentations for any development opportunities which are identified on the wider estate. This will include liaising with the development, planning and asset management teams to coordinate the production of feasibility studies. Salary is £50-55k Bonus.
