Profile
The Employment Associate/Senior Associate/Of Counsel should be:
1. A solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years PQE in employment law.
2. Experience in HR advisory, employment litigation, and corporate support.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in relation to US-based businesses.
4. Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
