People Administrator (Full-Time)
Project One is seeking a People Administrator to join our People Team based in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. In this role, you will support various People functions and contribute to our innovative projects. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
What we offer:
* Full-time position, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
* Hybrid Working: Two days remote, three days in-office.

Responsibilities include:
* Employee Onboarding: Preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
* Employee Offboarding: Managing leaver letters, payroll coordination, and offboarding checklists.
* Payroll: Coordinating monthly payroll adjustments with the Payroll team.
* Security Clearance: Processing security clearances for employees at customer sites, managing documentation and collaborating with relevant personnel.
* Policy Management: Reviewing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with legislation, and uploading to the company portal.
* Recruitment Support: Assisting with interview scheduling, diary management, and meeting arrangements.
* General Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing employee milestones, and supporting benefits administration.
* People Initiatives: Supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives to improve practices.
* Engagement: Promoting company culture, supporting engagement surveys, and contributing to cultural initiatives.
What we look for:

* Experience: 1-2 years in administrative roles; experience in a People Team is a plus but not essential.
