Responsibilities
Assist social workers in assessing client needs and developing service plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Provide clients with information about available community resources and services.
Conduct outreach to clients, including follow-up visits and calls to monitor progress and needs.
Facilitate support groups and workshops for clients as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Prepare reports and summaries for case reviews and meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
Experience in a social service setting is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Knowledge of community resources and social services programs.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and case management software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.43
