Do you have Ukrainian language skills and a desire to help Ukrainian-speaking students feel supported and included in their learning? We are seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Outdoor SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at our partner school in Exeter.
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
* Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
* Pay: £90.00 - £100 per day (based on experience)

The school offers a hands-on, outdoor learning environment where students engage in practical activities, fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth. With a focus on emotional well-being and skill development, the school supports students in building independence and preparing for future opportunities.
* Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN during outdoor activities and learning sessions.
* Assist in planning and adapting activities to meet the individual needs of the child.
* Foster positive relationships with the child, their family, and other team members.
* Monitor and record the child's progress and development, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
* Support Ukrainian-speaking students, helping them with communication and integration into the learning environment.
* Always ensure the safety and well-being of the child during outdoor activities.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational or outdoor setting (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to communicate in Ukrainian and English, supporting Ukrainian-speaking students.
* Understanding of different educational needs and how to support them.
