Compliance Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a leading logistics company based in Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. This is a full time, temp to permanent position with an immediate start date available.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that suppliers are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identifying compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Reviewing existing practices to identify any compliance breaches.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation related to logistics activities.
- Collaborating with suppliers and depots to ensure seamless co-ordination in relation to compliance issues.
- Evaluate existing company procedures to ensure compliance with internal company policies and the requirements of regulatory agencies.
- Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, and email correspondence.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Analytical experience
- Strong administrative skills and ability to assess and interpret risks
- Competent Microsoft user
- Available immediately
This position is working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, occasional weekend work will be required. Paying £12.20 per hour.
