Role: Account Director
Remote/Hybrid (West Midlands)
£55k-£65k basic + commission

We’re on the hunt for a senior salesperson with a proven track record of successfully building a self-generated pipeline and closing new business.
Pareto is working with a fast-growing UK-based company specialising in electronic key management systems. They sell the full hardware & software solution for their clients and their innovative solutions are trusted by industries such as automotive, logistics, and government to improve productivity, reduce risk, and save time.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience exceeding targets and meeting deadlines in pure new business generation and KPI driven environments (3-7 years experience).
* Self-starter with a proactive approach and a knack for spotting opportunities.
* Strong teamwork and influencing skills; the ability to collaborate with key internal stakeholders and departments to achieve objectives within tight time frames.
* Willing to travel for client meetings as and when necessary.
