Role;
1. Dealing with a wide range of calls and emails
2. Working closely with researchers
3. Organising meetings and minute taking
4. Diary management
5. Maintain accurate records
6. Perform various administration duties for the research and service team
7. Updating and maintaining the internal database
8. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
Person;
9. Having past experience working in an administration position
10. Be comfortable performing various administration duties such as minute taking
11. Be organised and professional
12. Have excellent communication skills
