As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be a key player in the Business Intelligence & Data team, responsible for the daily maintenance and ongoing development of essential database, integration, reporting, and analytical solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2016. Your work will help power clinical and non-clinical systems to improve healthcare delivery and support key decision-making processes. You’ll play a crucial role in developing automated data extracts from various source systems, creating clinical or corporate datasets that are used for direct patient care or analysis by authorised users. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server and BI development. A deep understanding of database design concepts and best practices. Strong experience in developing data extracts and building solutions from both clinical and non-clinical systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies, with a focus on improving service delivery.
