If you’re passionate about delivering actionable financial insights, working with non-finance stakeholders, and supporting a high-growth business, this is the role for you About the Role You’ll work collaboratively across the organisation, focusing on financial reporting, analysis, and providing commercial support to the sales team and senior leadership. The role will provide excellent exposure and development opportunities as part of a growing team with plans for further expansion. Key Responsibilities Conduct revenue recognition analysis and prepare accurate weekly/monthly revenue reports. Perform detailed billing cost analysis and reconciliations. Support month-end accounting processes and reporting. Deliver commercial finance reporting to support a highly active sales team. Analyse product profitability to guide strategic decisions. Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks. Lead ad hoc financial analyses to address evolving business needs. Build and maintain finance models and complex spreadsheets. Key Skills and Attributes Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly with non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling. A good understanding of wider finance functions and business processes. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter mindset, identifying opportunities to add value proactively. Training & Qualifications AAT Qualified / Part Qualified and looking to begin CIMA/ACCA or currently studying towards these qualifications.
