I am searching for an experienced Senior Architect with creative design flair to join a well-established practice in North Somerset. The team works on a range of residential and mixed-use projects and provides services from concept through to completion. The friendly team executes every project to the highest standard and prides themselves on their commitment to sustainability.
The successful Senior Architect will have:
1. Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
2. ARB registered
3. Confident liaising with clients and contractors
4. Able to manage a small team
5. Mentor junior team members
6. Residential experience is essential
7. Happy running projects from inception to completion
8. Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
9. Must be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
