The Role Client Management – Inbound Assist the Technical Sales Manager during customer inquiries; ask the right questions to understand the problem and deliver the right solution Build long-term relationships with clients, be the key point of contact, identify upselling opportunities Produce technical drawings and other materials to support current customers and new clients. Attend customer visits, to build a deep understanding of customer challenges.
