For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering:
Starting salary of £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30 am till 5.00 pm
Permanent position
20 days + Bank Holidays

The role - Customer Service Advisor :
Responsible for managing inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service
Handling a range of inquiries and providing quotations to customers
The taking and processing of orders within a timely manner
Manage and take ownership of any complaints from customers
Administer emails and respond to customers via telephone and written methods where necessary
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor :
Previous customer service experience within an office/call centre environment - ESSENTIAL
Experience working with customer complaints/problem solving - ESSENTIAL
Good MS Office Literacy - ESSENTIAL
Confident communicator and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to cope under pressure in a call-handling environment
Key skills or similar Job titles: Customer Service, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Executive, Call Handler
