We’re extremely proud to be on this journey, and hope you can join us About the role In this role, you will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programmes. You will partner with leadership across the organisation to ensure our programmes align with our business goals and comply with all legal requirements. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and total rewards packages. Design and implement competitive compensation plans (including base salary, bonuses, and incentives) that attract and retain top talent. Develop and maintain salary bands which are competitive in the local market and ensure adherence with global pay transparency legislation. Stay up-to-date on other related employment policy, legislation and related regulations to ensure compliance. Manage and analyse employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes. Develop and maintain clear communication on compensation and benefits programmes to employees. Identify opportunities for voluntary and/or flexible benefits within regions and implement the same. Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the compensation and benefits strategy. Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organisation's goals. Oversee the budget for compensation and benefits programmes. Essential Criteria Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a senior level Compensation & Benefits role or a global Compensation & Benefits role. Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures and benefits programmes. Proven track record of analysing market data, salary surveys, and benchmarking reports to develop competitive compensation strategies. Strong understanding of compliance issues related to compensation and benefits across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., payroll, benefits administration software). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
